COVID RULES

One major change for 2021 is the requirement that all adults (18 and above) must be double vaccinated to stay or attend the Deepdale Festival.  This is the case whether they are staying at Deepdale or visiting with day tickets.  Before each person in your party is given their wristband, which must be worn all weekend, they’ll need to prove they have had both jabs, at least 2 weeks prior to the event, either with the credit card sized paper certificate given at the time of vaccination, or using the Covid passport on the NHS app on their phone.

The government was planning to make Covid passports a legal requirement before the end of September, and changed their minds several times.  We couldn't take the risk of being caught out at the last minute, so when we decided to definitely run this year's festival, we committed to a double vaccination requirement, and will be sticking with that requirement for Deepdale Festival 2021.  Like all event organisers we are doing our best to navigate through the Covid crisis and do our best to keep customers and staff safe.  Not an easy time for event organisers, lets hope running events in 2022 and beyond is easier for everyone.
