Norwich Backpackers Hostel to Lease -
City Centre, Norwich, Norfolk |

We are developing a new hostel in the centre of Norwich,
Norfolk, and are looking for tenants to lease the business or possibly managers
to run it.
We have bought the old Ferry Boat Inn on King St in the centre
of the city and are now drawing up plans to develop the site. Then we'll kit it out and open it to the public. Unlike
Deepdale, we don't plan to run the new hostel before leasing it out.
Therefore we are looking for tenants to take on the property before the
development is complete and then open it to the public. Alternatively we
might consider taking on managers to run the hostel, however they would be
expected to buy into the business within three years.
We are also looking for tenants to run the cafe, cycle hire/canoe hire and real ale shop/bar. None of these businesses have names yet,
that would be for the tenants to decide, so we've just referred to them as
Norwich Backpackers cafe etc.
